the flutter tool cannot access the file or directory. Exception: null please ensure that the sdk and/or project is installed in a location that has read/write permissions for the current user. 기억이 안나지만 대충 이런 메시지가 떴다. 이런 메시지가 정말 오전 내내 뜨면서 접속이 안되었다. 웃긴건 avd 연결만 안되는거지 chrome으로 연결을 하니 잘 되었다. 그래서 안드로이드 스튜디오 재설치만 몇번을 했는지 모르겠다. 그렇지만 오류 메시지는 계속 떴다. 그러다 오전에 정부24 에서 민원 서류 발급받으면서 뭔가 다운받았었는데 그때 보안 프로그램이 다운 ..
